MMMMM... How about some organic pina colada cupcakes with pineapple-rum frosting? Okay, so the rum isn't really organic, but everything else is! I've been wanting to try this new recipe for a while now and dare I say.. it's almost perfect. Just a few more tweaks and this one will be ready for it's debut! So who's brave enough to eat all my experiments?? I guess I'll send these to Mrs Hahn's going-away dinner tonight... there's nothing quite like an entire classroom full of Waldorf kids on SUGAR...YAY!!
