Maple french toast with bacon cupcakes, who would'a thunk it? As soon as I heard of these, I HAD to try them! The flavor is one of my favs... I mean, you can't go wrong with maple syrup and bacon... ... but as it turned out, I'm not quite happy with this recipe so of course I'll be adding my usual tweaks to this one. That means more freebies up for grabs!
