Breakfast anyone?

Maple french toast with bacon cupcakes, who would'a thunk it? As soon as I heard of these, I HAD to try them! The flavor is one of my favs... I mean, you can't go wrong with maple syrup and bacon...

... but as it turned out, I'm not quite happy with this recipe so of course I'll be adding my usual tweaks to this one. That means more freebies up for grabs!

MMMMM... How about some organic pina colada cupcakes with pineapple-rum frosting? Okay, so the rum isn't really organic, but everything else is!

I've been wanting to try this new recipe for a while now and dare I say.. it's almost perfect. Just a few more tweaks and this one will be ready for it's debut! So who's brave enough to eat all my experiments?? I guess I'll send these to Mrs Hahn's going-away dinner tonight... there's nothing quite like an entire classroom full of Waldorf kids on SUGAR...YAY!!

To wander or not to wander.. that is the question. While contemplating new ideas and trying to think of a niche.. BAM.. I saw it! Could this be the answer I've been looking for? There, tucked away behind a tiny thrift store, was an old neglected ice-cream truck.... poor lonely gas hungry hunk of nostalgic metal...sitting all by itself just waiting for a second chance on life. I wonder....

Hmmm... maybe there's some way to retro fit this thing into using biofuel... add some pink paint.. some new tires.. a few cupcakes and wa'la! My new portable cupcake shop! What do you think?!
